Family-based immigration allows U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents (“green card holders”) to sponsor certain family members in the U.S. and abroad for green cards. In February 2020, USCIS added additional forms and requirements and our attorneys are ready to help navigate this new process.

If you are a permanent resident or a U.S. citizen, you may be able to sponsor some of the following relatives:

  • Spouses

  • Children

  • Parents of U.S. citizens over age 21

  • Fiancés

  • Siblings

Petitioning for a relative to obtain legal status can be a very daunting task. Our attorneys will ensure you present the strongest application and evidence in support of your relative and we will guide you through the recent changes for certain green card applicants pertaining to the public charge assessment.

Let our attorneys help secure your safety, your family, and your future.
